I was very excited to work on this film. Martin Hill was our vfx sup for this show and I really enjoyed working with him. Not only did I get to light and render shots, I also got to do a tiny bit of lookdev, shaders, fx, and comp work as well. I got to work on the engineer's spaceship, Fifield’s melting helmet, and the digital version of the mutated Fifield (which was unfortunately cut). Animating the helmet collapsed, and working on Fifield’s fire were some of the tricky bits.
